Heart + Art = Hart

I am incredibly proud to announce the H’Art For The Cause campaign I am launching today along with the very talented Kait DeWolff of Kait Creative.

Many of us have been affected by Breast Cancer, whether it has been first hand or helping a loved one through the fight. Every October we are reminded of all those affected by this disease. This year I felt the call to get involved. With another of my loved ones currently battling, I just had to do something {other than get angry}. So, I decided to work on something beautiful with Kait.

Our goal was to find a simple and lovely way for you to donate to this amazing cause. We have designed this water colour print of the ultimate symbol of love, a heart. There is so much symbolism with this one simple shape. The heart itself simply means love. The pink, of course
represents the charity colour, its imperfections represent the beauty of imperfections in all of us, and the ombre is for our hope of fading out the effects of this disease through early detection and one day a cure.

Love is powerful medicine and we want you to spread it around. You can purchase this piece of art for yourself or better yet, gift it to someone you love. We will be donating 100% of the proceeds to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada. Even if you have not personally been touched by this disease, you can still help now to ensure a breast cancer free future.
