Summer Collection with David’s Tea

 

On Tuesday I had the pleasure of attending a cocktail party at the new David’s Tea in Gastown.  Yes, you heard me right…a cocktail party at a tea shop.  Not only did we get to sample the new summer collection, we talked about fun new ways to use tea in your kitchen.  The staff was mixing up some amazing summer cocktails and telling us about recipes where you can actually cook with the teas.  Amazing! I also had the opportunity to meet David himself.  What a treat.  I’ve been a fan of this fabulous tea shop since it opened its first shop in Vancouver four years ago.
