I really like to wear black. I love the way I feel in it and how easy it is. As a curvy gal, I think there is a certain level of comfort and confidence that comes from wearing black. It can help me camouflage those squishy bits I don’t completely love about my bod. So needless to say, this look is a real departure from my usual palette. With the cherry blossoms in bloom and Spring in my sights (and circled on my calendar), I have been playing with some lighter hued options in my closet. Yes, I threw a dark grey tank on under my top, but I feel like it helps anchor a lighter breezier outfit.
This is another shop-my-closet outfit. I’ve been doing well with making smart purchases and thinking about everything I buy, which honestly hasn’t been much. My everyday attire is usually West + Wind tees and jeans, or leggings and flowy tunics, layered with lots of different cardis and scarves. I’m continuing to edit, and I now have more things I am looking to consign. One thing I feel I’m missing from my wardrobe is that perfect, casual Spring jacket. Let the hunt commence.
