So I headed over to enjoy one of my favourite past times…pinning on Pinterest… and typed “Plus Size Boho” in the search and got a whole lot of nothing wearable. There were few cute outfits, but mostly it was dated or just bad. So here I am styling up a boho inspired outfit that I can add into the mix on Pinterest. I figure if the inspiration isn’t out there, I’ll just be my own inspiration.
Word on the street is that warmer weather is right around the corner. This perfect little off-the-shoulder embroidered dress is going to get worn a lot this Summer. I’m already have a ton of fun sorting through my closet, piecing together looks, and of course, purging the the items that no longer fit well or don’t serve a purpose in my wardrobe. One of my favourite things in my house is my oh so pretty belly basket from local shop Pink River Co. I was checking out some of her current stock and borrowed this beauty to style up with my dress, because why not grab a cute basket to use as your tote? Plus I’m a sucker for a tassel, which is why I had to throw on my tassel earrings too.
So ladies, this Summer, break some sartorial rules, get creative with your style, and wear yourself some inspiration.
