Velvet and Pearls For The Holidays

With December now only a day away, we are about to launch ourselves completely into the festive season.  Is anyone else’s social calendar filling up?  So what does one wear to all these festive fetes?  Something comfortable is always my go to.  I want my holiday outfits to be soft, stretchy, flattering, and of course, cute.  Velvet is everywhere this season.  It ticks all the boxes, glamorous, sexy, and comfy!  It is also a fun texture to style.  I paired these black velvet, front bow pants with this slinky blouse with pearl detail.  For a slightly more glam night out look, I layered my teddy bear coat over this sexy, crushed velvet, wrap style dress.  Sequins are always festive, so this simple silver clutch was the perfect finishing touch.
