As the temperatures start to cool off, I’m assessing my day to day wardrobe. You know, the kind of stuff you live in…your cozies, your go-to’s, your basics. Well, some of my go-to’s were looking grim. Most of my day to day wardrobe was purchased after I had Madelyn. So four years of changing diapers, cooking, cleaning, spit ups and all the other glamorous parts of motherhood, takes a toll on the old wardrobe. Some pieces were beyond saving…

First Day of Preschool {Year Two} Well, we did it! We made it though our first week back at school. It was a short week with Madelyn going just three days this week. We were definitely dealing with a tired and cranky kid. I totally forgot how tired and grumpy she was last year for the first couple weeks of school. I have worn this hat to death this Summer. I love the wide brim which, not only protects me from the sun, but helps hide a tired face and dirty hair. Hats are the chicest way to take disheveled to acceptable to be seen in public. I know you’ve seen it in posts before, but I can’t quit this hat. A Fall/Winter version of this hat is on my shopping wish list for the upcoming season. I need to keep…
