Halloween is such a good time of year to stock up on all things kitty fashion for the kids. We love kitty prints, kitty hairbands, kitty dresses, shoes, knee patches, slippers, pj’s, and whatever other adorable kitty things we find. Even with kids clothes I’m drawn to neutrals, but with adorable animal prints, it can make these basic hues much more playful. Madelyn wants the kitty tutu dress I picked out for the collage (pictured below). We are definitely in the full swing of playing dress up whenever she can. For kids who like to play dress up, items like these super cute headbands are an easy way to add play to all their outfits. This one we found a couple years ago at H&M. Madelyn has a great little collection going now with floral crowns, a unicorn headband, and pop pom headband. The babies have been wearing a lot of Maddie’s kitty hand me downs plus some new cuteness too! These sweet little cat knee patch pants from Joe Fresh (current collection) are not only cute, but they add a little extra protection to those crawling everywhere knees.
We are just five days away from Halloween now. Maddie is pumped that she gets to wear her costume for the first time this Friday to dance class. I can’t wait to dress them all dressed up and snap pics of the baby’s first Halloween. Yes! To those who have asked, I am absolutely going to be dressing up the babies too. I can’t help myself! What’s cuter than twin babies? Twin babies in costumes!!! For last year’s Halloween fun + my best costume ever, click here and here.
